# Transfering treasury to the council multisig
This is a proposal to send the treasury funds to the multisig, to avoid future hostile proposals, and in preperation to wind down FemboyDAO monetarily. More info on our discord.
This is a malicious proposal attempting to withdraw all of the ETH from the treasury, and transfer ownership of the token contract to the proposal submitter.
This is not a council sanctioned proposal, this is an attempt to snipe the treasury. The copy-pasted description is from a discussion which occurred in a public channel over a year ago and is outdated.
TLDR: the multisig is already funded, this just rugs the treasury with a barely-over-quorum vote

and we're really happy with what we've seen so we figure we'd give you all a look as well!

After discussing/estimating timeline and costs
we'd like the DAO to transfer some of the raised ETH to the gnosis safe - we're asking for 41 ETH
which we will use to cover artist payment promotion efforts and related development
and set up FemboyDAO for future projects.
For full transparency we will document all expenses and give advance notice whenever possible. We’ll also have Snapshot polls for anything major – while we want to give everyone a chance to weigh in
a multisig seems the best fit for the DAO right now to keep things moving. Neko has been very generous with their time and considerate of our budget by only asking for $15/hr; we want to make sure they receive fair compensation - so in addition
the council is proposing we give Neko 15% from the initial sale/mints and 20% from collection/marketplace fees. We think this is more than fair and appropriate compensation for Neko for their hard work (rough estimate of >400 hours of work for over 100 traits and 200 recolors). By accepting this proposal
the DAO: -allows the transfer of 41 ETH to the council gnosis safe to spend (Transparently) to support FemboyDAO -accepts the terms we've negotiated with Neko
This DAO unwinding proposal simply sends all the ETH to someone's multisig, to my knowledge without any dialogue on any platform where the DAO communicates. This appears to be a HOSTILE proposal.
# Public progress Update
Creating a proposal here since i think too much time has passed since the last public development update of the main NFT project of the DAO. If the proposal suceeds a message on what has happened since the last announcment should be posted on twitter and discord. Maybe even a rough estimation of forward looking pending events if feasible.
# Hire Scuffie as project manager
# Hire Scuffie as project manager
For the past several months, Scuffie has acted as moderator, art director, artist and project manager for FemboyDAO. He has taken the lead in the Femboy Council and on the project by, among other things:
- managing the artist selection process
- managing negotiations with Neko about the project's scope and cost
- making decisions with Neko about NFT traits, art style, themes, etc.
- initiating multisig votes to send payments to Neko
He has also acted as a community moderator and, acting on his own initiative, created the Scuffed Femboys collection, a project for which he made all of the art and a website after teaching himself the necessary skills, to keep FemboyDAO active and the community engaged while the main collection's creation was ongoing.
I believe Scuffie has shown he is very talented as a project manager and that he would be able to contribute more to the project if he was paid for this role and could dedicate more time to it.
I propose the DAO do the following:
1. Pay Scuffie $5000 for his previous work on the project.
2. Hire Scuffie as project manager, with payment of $1,200 per month and an expectation of 10 hours per week dedicated to the project.
3. Allocate 15 ETH as a small project development budget.
Scuffie's responsibilities as PM would be to continue general management of project development (e.g. the NFT collection, a website, etc.), to grow the FemboyDAO community and to engage its members, e.g. through contests, content, events, or however he sees fit. The Femboy Council would continue to support Scuffie in project leadership and development.
The Femboy Council multisig currently has $10,385 USDC and 6 ETH. If this proposal is accepted, the council will put $7,200 in a LlamaPay stream to cover the next 6 months and transfer the $5,000 backpay. This would leave the multisig with about 4.5 ETH, so an additional 10.5 ETH from the treasury would ensure Scuffie has 15 ETH available for discretionary spending on project development, subject to council approval and expense disclosures.

# Claim Ether From Community Fundraise
Hello everybody!
Back in April, the FemboyDAO community successfully raised 71.28 Ether, with the *first* stated goal for how these funds were to be used being the creation of femboy-themed NFT collection.
The terms of the raise were such that, if the DAO doesn't claim this Ether from the FemErecter contract via a Governess vote by July 5th, 2022, the FEM that was minted becomes redeemable for ETH at a ratio of 1:1 (the same ratio that it was minted for). This condition was set to ensure that the community agreed on how the raised ETH should be used before any funds were released, as well as that the collection was actually going to be made.
Well, wait no longer! Several members of the community have stepped up to join what we've called the Femboy Council in order to work towards making this collection a reality, and after some deliberating, reviewing and reaching out to artists, the Femboy Council has settled on Nekobox (@Nekoboxhime on Twitter) as the artist we're going to work with for our collection!
We're very excited to work with them, they already have some fantastic works on Foundation as well as experience with generative collections on OpenSea! In the coming weeks we'll be onboarding Neko and getting their feedback on our vision for femboy NFTs!

As a result, this proposal moves the collected ETH from the FemErecter into the FemboyDAO Treasury in order to stop the countdown to FEM redemption, since we're committed to getting this NFT set out, and we can then start thinking about what else to spend the rest of the funds on! In the next little while, we will make a proposal specifying the agreement with Neko for their involvement, including general timeline, compensation et cetera, for the DAO to accept and allocate ETH to the Gnosis multisig.
