O Timelock envia 2.14822 ETH ao contrato de entrega; o contrato transfere os 114 NounsBR de mim para o tesouro e repassa os 2.14822 ETH para mim, tudo dentro da mesma chamada. O contrato recusa qualquer outra combinacao: `if (msg.value != PRICE) revert WrongAmount();`. Nao existe caminho em que o tesouro pague sem receber os NFTs, nem em que os NFTs saiam sem o pagamento. Nada aqui depende de confianca: o codigo esta publicado, a aprovacao esta dada, e a entrega e mecanica. 4. **Todo o risco e meu, nenhum e da DAO.** A DAO nao adianta nada, nao assina nada, nao depende de nenhuma promessa minha e nao precisa confiar em mim. Ou recebe os 114 NFTs e paga no mesmo bloco, ou nao acontece absolutamente nada. Se esta proposta nao for aprovada, o tesouro simplesmente mantem os seus 4.129846 ETH e quem perde o gas sou eu. 5. **Saida definitiva.** Nao voltarei a licitar nos leiloes da NounsBR com este nem com outro endereco. Apos a execucao a aprovacao ERC-721 deixa de ter qualquer utilidade, pois o endereco fica sem tokens. ### Por que isto e um bom negocio para a NounsBR **1. A DAO adquire 18.4% do proprio supply pagando apenas o que ja havia recebido.** Nao e um gasto novo. E o mesmo ETH que entrou pelos leiloes voltando, e em troca o tesouro fica com 114 NounsBR que hoje nao tem. Nenhum outro caminho entrega 114 NounsBR ao tesouro por 2.148220 ETH. **2. A distribuicao de votos fica bem mais equilibrada.** Hoje 114 votos estao concentrados em um unico endereco. Depois desta troca esses 114 ficam com o tesouro, e o maior detentor individual fora do grupo ativo passa a ter 43 votos. **3. Quem constroi a DAO passa a ter maioria confortavel e definitiva.** Os enderecos que votaram na proposta #23 somam 91 votos. Somados aos dois grandes delegados (67 e 58), esse grupo controla **216 votos** — quase o triplo do quorum de 80, e mais de 42% de todo o supply em circulacao apos a troca. Na pratica: qualquer proposta que esse grupo apoiar passa com folga, e nenhum ator isolado consegue barra-la, porque nenhum outro endereco chega perto desse peso. A DAO deixa de depender de negociacao com terceiros para aprovar o que quiser. **4. O quorum nao muda e continua perfeitamente alcancavel.** Os tokens sao transferidos ao tesouro, nao queimados — o supply segue em 620 e o quorum segue em 80, o mesmo numero das propostas #18 a #22, que reuniram 98, 92, 79 e 92 votos a favor. Nada na dinamica de votacao da DAO fica mais dificil. **5. Tudo acontece em uma unica transacao, hoje.** Uma proposta, uma acao, um bloco. Eu entrei pelos leiloes e saio devolvendo tudo. ### Como verificar esta proposta em 4 passos Nada aqui precisa ser aceito na minha palavra. Qualquer pessoa pode conferir tudo antes de votar: **1. A acao pede exatamente 2.14822 ETH.** Leia `value` na acao abaixo: `2148220000000000000` wei. E o mesmo numero que o contrato exige na constante `PRICE` — se a proposta pedisse qualquer outro valor, a execucao reverteria. **2. It is fair.** I ask for the principal and nothing else. No profit, no premium, no reimbursement for the gas I paid out of my own pocket. Not one wei above what the treasury actually received. **2. It is verifiable — you do not have to trust me.** Every number in this proposal is on-chain and can be checked by anyone: the 114 auctions, the price paid in each, the final sum. It is safe for the DAO — the swap is atomic.** A single transaction performs both halves at once: the NFTs enter the treasury and the payment leaves it. There is no scenario where the treasury pays and does not receive the 114 NFTs, because the contract itself refuses to run any other way. If anything fails, nothing happens and the treasury spends nothing. The risk in this operation is entirely mine. ### The exact figure This request covers strictly **what the treasury actually received**. I will not vote on any other proposal. The votes stay on this address only until execution, and they leave it together with the NFTs, in the same transaction. 2. **The swap is atomic by construction — enforced by the contract, not by my word.** This proposal has **a single action**. The Timelock sends 2.14822 ETH to the delivery contract; the contract moves the 114 NounsBR from me to the treasury and forwards the 2.14822 ETH to me, all inside the same call. The contract refuses every other combination: `if (msg.value != PRICE) revert WrongAmount();`. There is no path in which the treasury pays without receiving the NFTs, and none in which the NFTs leave without payment. Either it receives the 114 NFTs and pays in the same block, or nothing whatsoever happens. If this proposal is not approved, the treasury simply keeps its 4.129846 ETH and I am the one out of pocket for the gas. 5. **Permanent exit.** I will not bid in NounsBR auctions again, from this address or any other. After execution the ERC-721 approval is useless anyway, since the address holds no tokens. ### Why this is a good deal for NounsBR **1. The DAO acquires 18.4% of its own supply for exactly what it already received.** This is not new spending. It is the same ETH that came in through the auctions going back out, and in return the treasury ends up holding 114 NounsBR it does not have today. No other route puts 114 NounsBR in the treasury for 2.148220 ETH. **2. Vote distribution becomes far more balanced.** Today 114 votes sit in a single address. After this swap those 114 belong to the treasury, and the largest individual holder outside the active group holds 43 votes. **3. The people who actually build the DAO gain a comfortable, durable majority.** The addresses that voted on proposal #23 hold 91 votes between them. Together with the two large delegates (67 and 58), that group controls **216 votes** — nearly three times the 80-vote quorum, and over 42% of all supply circulating after the swap. In practice: any proposal that group supports passes comfortably, and no single actor can block it, because no other address comes close to that weight. The DAO stops having to negotiate with an outsider to approve what it wants. **4. Quorum does not change and stays perfectly reachable.** The tokens are transferred to the treasury, not burned — supply stays at 620 and quorum stays at 80, the same figure as proposals #18 to #22, which gathered 98, 92, 79 and 92 votes in favour. Nothing about the DAO's voting dynamics gets harder. **5. Everything happens in a single transaction, today.** One proposal, one action, one block. I came in through the auctions and I am leaving by handing everything back. ### How to verify this proposal in 4 steps Nothing here has to be taken on my word. Anyone can check all of it before voting: **1. The action requests exactly 2.14822 ETH.** Read `value` in the action below: `2148220000000000000` wei. That is the same number the contract enforces in its `PRICE` constant — a proposal asking for any other amount would revert on execution. **2. The list holds exactly 114 ids — you can tell from its size.** The action's calldata is **3712 bytes**. An ABI-encoded `uint256[]` takes 32 bytes of offset + 32 bytes of length + 32 bytes per element: ``` 32 + 32 + (114 x 32) = 32 + 32 + 3648 = 3712 bytes ``` With 113 or 115 ids the calldata would be 3680 or 3744 bytes. At execution the Timelock recomputes `keccak256(target, value, signature, data, eta)` and only accepts a match with what was queued. Neither I nor anyone else can swap the list between the vote and execution. **4. The contract does what it says.** The code is verified on Etherscan (link above), compiled with the same settings as the NounsBR contracts, and fits on one screen.
