I would love to see the team more seriously consider the DAO LLC in the Marshall Islands instead of the WY DUNA. It has all the same benefits of being made for DAOs & Web3, not requiring a management team, and allowing for anonymous membership. It has the benefits of being offshore (non-US) and tax-free (as opposed to the DUNA being taxed as a for-profit corporation).
I think the DUNA is awesome and actually would be a great move, generally, as a DAO legal entity; I just would prefer the RMI DAO LLC be seriously considered first as a potential alternative.
Update Auction Time to 4 Hours for ETHDenver&&Update auction time to 4 hours so we can build excitement and membership faster while at ETHDenver. The plan is to change it back after, but we can decide together what we want to do at that time.
T-Shirts for ETHDenver&&I propose we buy ~200 t-shirts or as many as we can for 1 ETH, for ETHDenver. They will have a blank name tag on them, possibly an example NFT, or possibly even a unique shirt for each current member.

This proposal sends 1 ETH to DAO founder and member Adam Miller, who will use his credit card to buy the shirts and return any unused money to the DAO. Sven will be helping with the design, and the other Adam may also help with the design.
The purpose is to use these shirts to promote our DAO at ETHDenver, both because we DAO members will wear them and because we can give them to people who bid or who buy new membership NFTs during the event.

Update auction parameters for post-ETHDenver&&This proposal changes the delay between a proposal and a vote starting from 24 hours to 1 second (the minimum).
This proposal also changes the auction period to 24 hours instead of 6.

I verified via Twitter that this proposal really was submitted by the BotFrens team, just to be safe. Their success working with Nouns DAO already is one reason I trust this team to deliver, and it seems like a useful tool.
ETHDenver is a major, important event in the web3 ecosystem. It's good to have a presence there, and provide value for PurpleDAO/Facaster fans like us to convene.
