Remove founders allocation&&The founders' allocation has already been 10% for @ted and 10% for @borodutch for only 1 day (rounded to 0 tokens). This proposal achieves two goals: 1. Testing if proposals work here 2. Removing already unnecessary allocation notes that don't affect anything Unfortunately, Nouns Builder didn't allow me to remove myself from the allocation so I added @ted there when creating the DAO to be more fair.

Alright, alright, I still don't like the proposal due to the lack of small enough scope that can be delivered. So far everything is so ephemeral that I predict no results will come out of this 2 weeks after the start. But hey, let's go bold.
