Hi, I have written applications in Python that used Firebase to synchronize data across multiple Android devices and web pages. I have also worked quite a bit with MySQL database backends. I'm not sure how they'll be used in your project though, so some more information would be useful :-) I can use JSON-RPC to interact with your Ethereum node using Python.
