I would really like to support this proposal but have a tough time supporting a proposal requesting almost half of the current treasury without a clear realistic road to bringing more funds into the DAO

I appreciate the thoughtfulness on how to bring more sustainability into treasury (management). That is one of the things I like about this proposal and why I am voting for it inspite of the current appearant disparity of capital in-flow and out-flow of our public nouns DAO treasury
