## Construction Updates
We have made great strides these last two weeks! Our glass was delivered and installation has begun. We will soon have the cafe area completely enclosed and ready for the final stretch of completion. Spectrum internet has begun running lines on site as well

We continue to track financial progress weekly and are just about at the finish line for securing all the larger buyouts of trade contracts.

Calendar schedule for contracts, interviews, and training starting.
### Development
TGS pipeline construction ongoing. Branding & Marketing meetings for merchandise, website, press, and opening events in development. Drafting program contract & lease agreements for the project
