Going well:

- Brought [Wayne](https://warpcast.com/alongcamewayne) onboard to help move FE dev faster
- [nouns.camp](https://nouns.camp) integration almost ready
Not going well:
- Tech stack has made us slow and rigid
Lessons:
- Realization that the entities we were targeting as potential users are not communities at all. ie, they are companies with lots of people but a single ‘voting’ entity as opposed to many entities voting (eg nouns).
- Our long dev cycle and rigid tech stack made us slow, we have to prioritize speed over everything else.
Priorities:
- Continue exploring [Frames](https://warpcast.notion.site/Farcaster-Frames-4bd47fe97dc74a42a48d3a234636d8c5) as the UX to interact with rounds
- Redeploy onto L2 for simpler and less costly architecture
Other:
- Gardeners Season 1 ended (ran 6 rounds from nov-feb @ 10 ETH ea)
