### **Why Does Precious Noggles Need Flows Contribution?**
The recycled plastic noggles production and Prop 685 have different financial structures.
Prop 685 only includes the purchase of **20 Noggles**, and by the end of its execution, this number might be even lower.
To **continue producing recycled plastic Noggles**, PN needs funding for **maintenance and new machines**. Additionally, @marinioac has personally invested thousands of dollars in PN’s sales and development and hasn’t received payment for managing PN in the last **four months**.
Most recycled plastic product companies require **far more than just a few hundred dollars** to sustain operations. However, since PN produces Noggles **on demand**, the cost to keep it running is relatively low.
