# **Prop 685 Update #2 – Why is Precious Noggles on Flows?** ### **How Much Is Precious Noggles Receiving from Prop 685 and for What?** For 11 months of project management, **this is PN’s budget to execute the design and production of 1,000 recycled prescription glasses for kids, plus the design and production of a mobile clinic van and much more than recycled plastic noggles!** #### **11-Month Budget Breakdown:** - **Expenses covered by Prop 685:** $81,894.61 - **Labor to manage Prop 685 execution:** $27,220.00 ($2,474.54/month for the team) - **Total:** **$120,026.07** For full budget details, check the breakdown below or click [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15569pJVmRgDXOg1KoU9Q-poMZLvVGZOs/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=102693853879999385413&rtpof=true&sd=true). ![ONLY PRECIOUS NOGGLES EXPENSES AND PAYMENTS Budget.xlsx - Budget_page-0001](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/SJdPSZNq1e.jpg) --- ### **Why Does Precious Noggles Need Flows Contribution?** The recycled plastic noggles production and Prop 685 have different financial structures. Prop 685 only includes the purchase of **20 Noggles**, and by the end of its execution, this number might be even lower. To **continue producing recycled plastic Noggles**, PN needs funding for **maintenance and new machines**. Additionally, @marinioac has personally invested thousands of dollars in PN’s sales and development and hasn’t received payment for managing PN in the last **four months**. Most recycled plastic product companies require **far more than just a few hundred dollars** to sustain operations. However, since PN produces Noggles **on demand**, the cost to keep it running is relatively low. ### **How Flows Helps PN** **Flows income will keep improving production efficiency and boosting sales**, ensuring the project's sustainability.
