Nouncil has decided against this proposal, with 7 votes for, 21 against, and 5 abstentions. Many found the deliverables to be too muddled/vague/vast and would prefer more succinct explanations of each part or even separate proposals for separate deliverables. Using dates of events already passed also caused many to vote against this proposal. Overall the Nouncil greatly appreciates Tagawa-san and all he does for Nouns and children worldwide, and it is safe to say we are fans of the art and hope a new proposal will be made if this one does not pass. Thank you for proposing.

**patyiutazza** | Love the mission, don't love the deliverables. It seems as though this prop was first created in July and current version I'm looking at has timelines outdated.
If we're going to talk specifically on budget, I feel as though $33,000 is a tad high for me for these development costs when comparing previous props for noggles and their outcomes. Agree with the instructor training fees, but do not agree with childcare costs on this.
I would change my feeling if we saw more adoption from other nouns projects to utilize these Kitpas noggles, but right now I am basing my opinions on previous noggles builds and their needs from the community with regards to production.
