* Timeline for Prop 489 will be slightly pushed back due to extended holiday in China for Chinese Lunar New Year.
* Following our last discussion with Mt. Liupian representative before the holiday, they expressed that they would like to be the one voting on PH round.
* As work resumes after the holiday, we will finalized how Mt. Liupian will participate in PH round, whether they create their own wallet or we vote on their behalf.
* We will planning to commence PH round during first week of March.
