# **#1 Update | Good Noggles: Prescription Precious Noggles for Kids Forever**
### **Nov 2024 to Jan 2025**
- Purchased a brand-new Renault van for $40k. The van is currently being refurbished into a mobile ophthalmology clinic, expected to hit the streets by April 2025:
- Began the van art research with Ilustradora. However, we will continue the development with another illustrator from Brazil:
- Completed glasses model research. We sent 12 frames from Brazil as references for sizes and shapes to [Easymoulds](https://easymoulds.de/) in Germany. Their engineers are now designing the glasses:
- Finished the first design concept phase with [Easymoulds](https://easymoulds.de/). They presented three different formats based on field and market research. [Visão do Bem](https://www.instagram.com/socialvisaodobem/) and I decided to proceed with option #2 because it features a more unisex shape and a nose design that accommodates multiple ethnicities:
- Purchased the [Precious Plastic Cotia](https://www.instagram.com/preciousplastic.cotiabr/) shredder machine and injection mold machine:
- Registered 50 NGOs from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for the opportunity to receive prescription glasses for their children. Unfortunately, for this prop, we can only select 10 NGOs:
- Attended Miami Art Basel Week 2024 to speak about Prop 685 at Bit Basel, The Green Summit, and the Fortune House Hotel. I also had the chance to meet Jesse Weisse, Marketing Senior Director at Circle (USDC), to discuss a **part 2 video** about this prop ([reference](https://www.circle.com/pt-br/stories/beyond-borders-usdc-a-global-community)):
- Held an in-person team kick-off meeting to align the project’s naming, the van illustration, exams schedules and glasses production schedules. To also decide on merch and plan the recycling workshop for the children:

- Onboarded the optics NGO *Visão do Bem* and the film crew *Berro* to Web3 and Nouns DAO.
- Had a meeting with a press media company.
- Began video production research.
- Purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max and 4TB of SSD for the film crew.

- Film the van refurbishment process.
- Begin training for the production of recycled plastic frames.
