- [Fiery Cloud](https://offchain.prop.house/nouns/fiery-cloud) was awarded to [Ryo Yoshida](https://twitter.com/Tsubame_HI), CEO of [Tsubame Industries](https://tsubame-hi.com)
- [Minty Snowman](https://offchain.prop.house/nouns/minty-snowman) was awarded to w1nt3r, OG crypto builder and founder of BasePaint.
While governance activity from new participants has not been high, I think it's a net win to have top tier folks within Nouns.
