## **Summary**
This proposal requests **2 ETH total** to cover essential accounting and tax compliance costs for **Fridays at The Park LLC**:
- **1 ETH** to reimburse out-of-pocket CPA expenses incurred for **2024 tax filings**
- **1 ETH** to fund **2025 tax compliance and CPA services**
These funds ensure the DAO’s operating entity remains compliant, transparent, and in good standing.

## **Motivation**
Fridays at The Park operates real-world creative production with real legal and tax obligations.
Proper CPA support is not optional — it is foundational infrastructure.
These costs were already incurred (2024) and are required to responsibly operate for 2025. This proposal formalizes and documents that support onchain.

Flowers for Memories - Marfa 2024&&TLDR: Seeking 1.111 ETH to produce the fourth and final ***Flowers for Memories*** pop up of 2024 in Marfa, TX during Art Blocks Weekend.
The *Flowers for Memories* stand was an idea I came up with earlier this year to coincide with the return of Trevor Traynor's irl NEWSSTAND...which we rebuilt in the back of a pizza shop during ETH Denver. The bit was simple. tell me a story about flowers and i'll make you a bouquet.
All stories were then recorded down in real time...frantically scribbled into a series of pocket books I keep in my apron. Never could I have expected the experience to be as intimate and personal as it became. Complete strangers sharing stories of love and loss. Many memories hadn't been considered for years.
Between Denver, Los Angeles, and my most recent presence at The Park x NOUNS activation in Idyllwild for FWB FEST, the *Flowers For Memories* stand has become one of the more unique irl applications of proposals in action. Through the symbol of the flower, this project is able to reach audiences that range from diehard crypto-natives, #onchain skateboarders, and coffee enthusiasts...all the way to retired Ukrainian women living in Venice Beach who will never sign a transaction in their lives. #IYKYK
Funding from this proposal will go towards the dried floral supply for the event, travel / housing, + documentation. Archive of all the floral events this year will be published in the upcoming *THURSDAY EDITION* of the Friday Press.

FRIDAY PRESS at THE NEWSSTAND NFTNYC&&On 03/03/2024 Trevor S Traynor and David T Phung of the Park DAO will be on their way to the BIG APPLE to do a pop-up at an existing Newsstand on 42nd and Madison during NFTNYC.
The Pop-up will include a T2 x Park mint with physical Friday Press newsprint as proof of visit and the words “Happy Friday” to reveal IRL Minting access.

Newsstand Collection Background: The NEWSSTANDS collection consists of 100 photographs from 20 cities globally. Fridays at The Newsstand for ETH DENVER&&On February 28th, 2024, members of The Park DAO will be on their way to the Mile High City to produce an irl NEWSSTAND Art Installation by Trevor Traynor and Errorgardener on location at ETH Denver. The NEWSSTANDS project is a 100-piece photography collection that captures real newsstand owners in their element. The irl NEWSSTAND installation is an extension of that collection, a conduit for art and artifacts to be displayed front and center for all to enjoy.

Following the tremendous success of our last "Friday at the Park" event in Kampala, Uganda, I am excited to present a proposal for another extraordinary gathering, this time with a special focus on love and unity.

Event Theme: Fridays at the Park: Pre-Valentine's Edition
Date: February 3rd, 2024
Location: Amazing Studio Location, Kampala, Uganda
Every Event follow through Starting last Friday of the Month;
**9am to 10:30am.** Arrival of Guest Artists + Vibe Build Up and Listen to each others Music (Coffee and Snack BreakFast)
